Factory Installation

CPC Responsibilites:

  • Delivering of the pool

  • Excavating pool site

  • Set and level pool

  • Backfill

  • Install all plumbing and equipment within 20 feet of pool

Homeowner Responsibilites:

  • Any access deemed necessary by CPC

  • Removal of excess dirt

  • Fill water

  • Concrete

  • Electrical connection

  • All/any permits needed

  • Land survey (if necessary)

  • 40 tons of sand OR small gravel (if soil conditions are not suitable)

  • Boom truck/Crane

  • Cleaning and balancing water

Factory Installation is available in North Carolina, South Carolina and Northern Georgia for $4,995. Coastal Region Installation is slightly higher.

DIY Kits

Kit Includes:

  • Pool shell

  • Skimmer with 2 returns

  • 1.5 hp Pentair pump

  • Pentair sd60 200 lb. sand filter

  • Pentair IC15 salt chlorinator

  • Fiberstar LED light

  • Concrete equipment pad

  • Vacuum pole, head, hose

  • Pool salt

A DIY Kit comes with everything to get your pool running.

Note: Factory Supervisor available to provide proper installation instruction on DIY Kits at a rate of $700/per day.
